The boys in the pictures are her foster brothers. The boys are also from the orphanage. they get along very well. (the orphanage didn’t say about the woman. I assume she is her foster mom. You can ask that when you get her).
Cai Hong knows she is going to be adopted. Other children same age are getting adopted, and she is so happy to know she has her own parents and they are coming for her!
