Today we received our I-797 approval from the Department of Homeland Security!!!
So the plan is to get it notarized at work on Monday and then go into Chicago on Tuesday to do the state seals and then to the Chinese Consulate. Depending on if we decide to expedite the Chinese authentication, we would then be able to pick the completed documents in 5 work days, which means probably the next Tuesday (since I can't do it on Monday).
