Another letter from USCIS, just telling us that they have received our I-800 application and it is in process. Not the action I was hoping for, as I thought maybe we'd just receive the approval but at least we know they have it in their system. The step from LOA to I-800 approval was supposed to be about 2 weeks and it will be 2 weeks that they received our application on Monday, 5/17. The receipt shows that they received it on 5/3 and the notice is dated 5/10, so hopefully we will get the approval notice in the next week.
