We just got word from our agency that our LOA arrived today! 41 DAYS!! I can't believe that this is actually happening. They said we were about 8 weeks from travel. We might actually meet her before her 11th birthday in July!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! We are soooo happy for you and Cai Hong! Tessa tells me her name is pronounced "Chow Hung." She went to drawing school with Yong Hua, who is also from BeiHai and coming to America in about 4 weeks!! We will send you a video of Tessa talking to Cai Hong and welcoming her to America (In Mandarin).
